Jim and Janet Mitchell have one of the most popular ice cream shops in all of Delaware. Woodside Farm Creamery produces their own ice cream right on the farm from high quality Jersey Cow’s milk. Both gave us a tour of the facilities, showing us each step of how the ice cream is made. In my previous career as executive chef for Longwood Gardens, I used to purchase thirty 3 gallon tubs per week! My relationship goes back many years with the Mitchells. I always wanted to tell their story.
