As a long time executive chef for Restaurant Associates, I already had a passion for the food industry. We’ve been working on many projects together for years. This particular project was a 3 part series in 3 different cities to explain their vendor relationships and how important where their food comes from. This part was filmed in Washington, DC while we interviewed Keany Produce, Lyon Bakery and Profish. We toured and filmed each facility and sat down with the owners and CEO’s and talked about their relationship to Restaurant Associates.
